Elizabeth Taylor's Jewels

I so wish that I could purchase something from Elizabeth Taylor's jewelry auction at Christie's this December. Whoever is fortunate enough to be able to purchase and own something from her collection is very lucky indeed. I am so jealous! I bought the coffee table book about her collection when I was in college, and it is a book that I treasure!

Its currently on amazon.com for $130 used! I paid nowhere near that much for it...I guess it has appreciated, and I didn't even realize it! Here's a few of my favorite pieces from the book:

This brooch belonged to Wallis Simpson, the Duchess of Windsor. That makes me love it even more!
