Currently Loving

-Take Care, Drake. Picked this album up yesterday and I am loving it so far!
-Red and purple. I'd been feeling a little tired of my fall/winter wardrobe lately, so this weekend I took advantage of 40% off at Loft and a 50% off coupon I had for Banana Republic. I got a beautiful red silk blouse at BR, and I adore it! I've been stocking up on plenty of purple lately too. Its always been my favorite, so get really happy when its back on trend and readily available.
-Christmas shopping. I always make myself wait until the day after Thanksgiving to listen to Christmas music and to decorate, but I love taking my time to do my shopping over the course of a few months. I love picking out gifts for friends.
-Storage Wars on A&E. New addiction!
-Wine Coke. Its a 70/30 ratio, but trust me its good. Not sure why, but my coworkers and I have been loving it this week.

Catch up

Hi friends! I feel a little like I've been playing catch up since I got back home from the whirlwind wedding weekend. It was absolutely fabulous! I promise I will devote another post to the details soon, but for today I'll just share a few photos of the happy ocassion:

You can tell from the beautiful pictures what a fabulous weekend it was! I am so thrilled for Sara and Eric, and cannot wait to continue our (long) friendship throughout their marriage.

As for life in general, I've just been working and still nursing a little bit of sickness. I did purchase Skinny Girl margaritas and white cranberry cosmos, and I'm really looking forward to partaking! I've got fun weekend plans to hang out with John and other friends, and I'm really looking forward to it! Also really looking forward to baking and eating my famous chocolate chocolate chip pound cake. Yum.

North Carolina bound!

I'm heading home to NC tomorrow for the big wedding weekend! I am so looking forward to spending this special time with Sara, and having my first bridesmaid experience! There is so much eating, beautifying and other general girliness to be done! I can't say that I'm looking forward to a 6 hour car ride by myself tomorrow, but I am definitely looking forward to some Bojangles along the way, and hanging out with my dad mid-afternoon since he's freshly retired.

What are your plans for the weekend? I'm definitely thankful to have a long, four-day one myself! And for John to visit my old stomping grounds for the first time :)
