Chelsea Clinton's wedding gown

Oh my goodness, I love this dress! I feel like a little bit like a wedding dress expert now that I watch Say Yes to the Dress on the phone with Sarina almost daily. I'm not usually big on ruffles, but the skirt of this dress is stunning. I think I might want something similiar when I get married one day, with a plain skirt. I just love the sparkly belt!
